Identify, qualify and convert new growth opportunities within our major accounts.
Maintain a dual focus on hunting for new accounts and growing an existing portfolio.
Build and manage account plans in coordination with sales and consulting teams.
Actively participate in pre-sales phases: opportunity detection, qualification, offer design, presentations, RFP responses, negotiation and closing.
Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders: executive management, transformation leaders, CIOs, business heads, innovation, operations and finance.
Structure, maintain and grow strategic partnerships with major technology players in the ecosystem.
Contribute to positioning the agency on joint initiatives with partners: business plans, go-to-market, events, content, listings, certifications and joint commercial activities.
Understand the strategic, business, organizational and technological challenges of our clients to identify transformation opportunities through RPA, AI and agentic systems.
Scope and manage consulting engagements ranging from use‑case identification to the definition of roadmaps, business cases, deployment trajectories and target operating models.
Design pragmatic approaches that combine automation, generative AI, agents, APIs, data and orchestration to drive business performance.
Facilitate high-level workshops with executive, business, operations, IT, data and innovation teams.
Provide a structured perspective on governance, security, compliance, scaling, monitoring and value measurement.
Oversee the preparation, industrialization and deployment of high-impact use cases across functions such as customer relations, marketing, operations, finance, procurement, HR and support functions.
Ensure alignment between strategic ambition, technological feasibility, expected ROI and the real adoption conditions of the business.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years' experience in a consulting firm, IT services company (ESN), pure-play transformation firm or technology organisation, with significant experience in RPA, intelligent automation, AI and digital transformation.
Proven track record in business development of high-value engagements, including prospecting, account opening, complex sales, negotiation and client retention.
Strong understanding of RPA, generative AI, intelligent workflows, autonomous or semi-autonomous agents, orchestration, process mining and integration architectures.
Good knowledge of leading market platforms, notably Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, UiPath and Gemini Enterprise, as well as broader enterprise cloud and agentic ecosystems.
Ability to engage on both strategic/business topics and more functional, technical and operational dimensions.
Solid grounding in operating models, process transformation, change management and business value creation.
Ability to build a business case, formalise a transformation trajectory, prioritise use cases and demonstrate ROI.
Comfortable with AI governance, security, compliance, service quality, industrialisation and scaling.
Excellent oral and written communication in French and English.
