Role Overview
Preparing campaign media plans, leveraging experience across Partners for optimal channel selection, targeting strategy and overall effectiveness in achieving KPIs.
Hands-on media campaign setup across multiple digital paid media channels (including paid social, programmatic display, and CTV/video).
Using first and third-party data and segmentation to reach desired target audiences.
Working closely with external marketing agencies (SEM and Affiliate channels).
Frequent monitoring and optimization, and post-campaign analysis of campaign media performance.
Identifying growth opportunities across new/existing media channels and targeting tactics for Partners.
Maintain oversight of day-to-day, monthly, and annual campaign budgets.
Work collaboratively with partner account teams and creative services.
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and external partners, communicating performance insights.
Requirements
3-4 years hands-on experience with paid digital media channel campaign buying and planning, setup, ongoing optimization, measurement and testing.
Experience with a selection of programmatic display and paid social media platforms including Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads/DV360, The Trade Desk.
Some experience with affiliate marketing, paid search, and influencer management is a bonus.
Experience working with mid-size clients and as a part of media teams in growth mode.
Experience leveraging first and third-party data sets to effectively target media audiences.
A demonstrated ability to develop, track and consistently improve key performance metrics.
Experience with AI-powered capabilities native to media platforms is preferred.
Experience working with campaign budgets, departmental/group budgets, and working with Financial/Accounting teams.
Strong attention to detail in overseeing complex projects and time-sensitive deliverables.
