DATEV Accountant, m/f/d

Role Overview

• Independent handling of financial accounting using DATEV
• Account assignment and posting of routine business transactions
• Reconciliation of accounts and preparation of reports and analyses
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Collaboration with tax advisors and external auditors
• Maintenance and management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Support for management reporting and business analyses
• Participation in the optimization of accounting processes
• Preparation of payment proposals as well as handling and monitoring of dunning processes
• Preparation and submission of VAT advance returns
• Preparation and drafting of corporate tax returns
• Communication with tax authorities and support during tax audits

Requirements

• Experience in financial accounting using DATEV
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of teamwork and strong communication skills
• Ideally, knowledge of MS Office and digital processes
