Managing the Credit Departments incoming emails – actioning and distribution as required
Providing copies of invoices & statements as requested to support the Credit Officers
Uploading invoices into online portals for large Industrial & Mining customers
Liaising with stores to resolve variations/discrepancies regarding Purchase Orders & Pricing
Providing administration support to the rest of the team as required
Assisting with Banking and Payment allocations
Make and receive phone calls from customers and our store network
Handle customer complaints and resolve queries
Process journals to resolve banking/receipting issues
Provide genuine, friendly, prompt service
Requirements
Customer service experience
Looking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive company
Be available for this fixed term opportunity
Full time hours with a flexible start time between 7am – 9am
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate mathematical and literacy skills
Intermediate computer skills, and confidence with excel
