Support the recruitment and selection process for junior positions, including job postings, phone screenings, intial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
Assist in end-to end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and support during the hiring stage
Participate in the organization and execution of onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper integration into the company’s culture and operations
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as managing content on job platforms, coordinating with universities, and participating in career fairs
Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with department leaders
Collaborate on special HR projects, such as employee engagement, training, organizational culture, and wellness programs
Maintain the candidate and employee database up to date, ensuring confidentiality of information.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Office and Excel is a must)
Organization, team work, follow-through and proactive skills are a must
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field
Fluent English
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
