Role Overview
- Provide technical support to end users
- Process requests within the ticketing system
- Diagnose software and hardware incidents

Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) in Computer Science, in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Information Systems, or in another discipline recognized by the Ministry of Education or an equivalent qualification
- Eight (8) years of experience in information technology
- Five (5) years of relevant technical support experience accumulated within the last 10 years
