You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting new employees to professional offboarding
You serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, bringing clarity to all HR-related topics
You think beyond operational HR and actively develop structures, processes, and standards
You take ownership of international HR projects and independently drive topics from concept to implementation (e.g., annual employee reviews, engagement surveys)
You work closely with managers and advise them as an equal sparring partner
You continuously develop our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and use it as the foundation for efficient, scalable processes
You analyze HR metrics and derive concrete measures for the further development of our organization
Requirements
A completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role – ideally in a dynamic environment
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HR system is desirable
A structured, independent way of working and the ambition to truly drive things forward
The ability to work hands-on operationally while also thinking strategically
Strong communication skills and confident interaction with employees and managers
Very good German and good English language skills
