Project manage customer delivery projects from PreSales milestones through technical onboarding—facilitating engagement with Engineering while ensuring knowledge transfer and strong customer relationships.
Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive progress and successful outcomes on customer engagements.
Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and dependencies
Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and resourcing needs early
Provide accurate, timely delivery status to customers, cross-functional stakeholders and the Director of Project Delivery
Maintain delivery tracking and documentation in project management tools such as jira
Drive project planning and retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
5 years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or solutions role within a SaaS or cybersecurity-focused organization
Proven experience in technical onboarding and communicating with highly technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with sharp attention to detail.
Comfortable working cross-functionally across groups such as Sales, Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success.
Analytical problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in process optimization and tools like salesforce, confluence and jira.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
