Manage projects defined by management (low-complexity projects with approved ROI and an established cost center);
Identify project stakeholders and the main risks;
Specify requirements to be included in the project charter and in the project objective within the project management/status tool;
Plan delivery strategy with the team;
Negotiate deadlines with external and internal suppliers;
Adhere to dates set in the timeline or schedule;
Perform follow-up with interested/involved areas;
Manage conflicts with project stakeholders and suppliers;
Execute payments using the cost center created for the project;
Perform financial closing on the 1st of each month regarding the project's cost center that is being managed;
Open a ticket with strategic planning to report errors and to request balance transfers to the subsequent month;
Prepare project status reports for manager approval and distribution to stakeholders;
Schedule test/UAT dates in the timeline/schedule;
Check the UAT/acceptance testing spreadsheet for date conflicts;
Negotiate dates for testing/UAT, ensuring availability of test resources, approvers and environments;
Monitor UAT to identify defects, coordinating with external and internal suppliers on delivery dates for re-tests;
Obtain sign-off from involved areas after completion of UAT;
Schedule production deployment, holding meetings with the Embracon technical team (database, networks, Salesforce team, Newcon, Convert+, mobile app);
Request that the test analyst raise the change request to schedule the deployment at the agreed date/time;
Open a ticket with the internal communications team and, if necessary, external communications (clients, partners, sales) to announce the project release, explaining benefits and how to use the delivered tool/software;
Monitor the deployment with the technical team;
Control the technical team's activities/backlog (development);
Share lessons learned with the team;
Handover to the support/maintenance team via the project management tool;
Manage contract closure with external vendors (in case of issues, inform the Senior and/or Manager so negotiations can take place).
