Requirements
Must live in Pacific Time Zone or Phoenix, AZ
5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in fast-paced corporate setting.
Proven ability to partner with and effectively influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
Results-driven and self-motivated professional with a proven ability to meet and surpass TA performance metrics.
Strong experience in managing complex offers and negotiations with candidates, with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.
