Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, SMS and other channels.
Roughly 100+ calls per day
Generate a certain level of qualified prospects who book and attend a discovery/demo meeting with an AE
Utilize sales tools including our CRM, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting databases
Work closely with the AEs to understand how you can best support them and to learn from them to further your sales career
Requirements
Some professional experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence and demonstrated listening skills
Comfort with high-volume cold calling and email outreach (100+ calls per day)
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (HubSpot is a huge plus)
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Urgent enthusiasm to learn and excel in your career
Nice to Haves: Previous experience selling to service-based businesses or field service management software; Knowledge of the pool service industry or related home service businesses; Experience selling for subscription-based SaaS businesses; “Never give up” positive attitude and ability to engage customers on the phone; Familiarity with route optimization, scheduling, or service management software
