Analyze and creatively mitigate complex contractual and operational risk for rapidly evolving service offerings, including: construction project management, property management, facility management, real estate transaction management and consulting.
Leverage software and Ai tools to efficiently draft, review and negotiate service agreements with C&W's clients and vendors.
Provide effective, business minded counsel to internal business; create and promote legal and operational policies and implement internal training programs.
Direct pre-litigation strategy and pursue early resolution of disputes.
Assist internal and external litigation counsel with management of active litigation.
Collaborate with legal, compliance and business colleagues and other internal stakeholders to develop best practices and optimize risk management and negotiation strategies.
Research, analyze and keep current on legal issues and laws, legislation, regulations, and court decisions affecting the real estate industry and real estate service providers.

JD (Law Degree)
Bachelor's Degree
Licensed in good standing with at least one US state
Relevant broad based commercial law experience across multiple business lines and jurisdictions which preferably should include at least 3 years representing U.S. companies
