Manage the customer portfolio (resellers of gas stations operating under the Shell brand), ensuring proper execution of signed contracts, pursuing additional volume, and managing pricing and supply margins for fuel and other Raízen products and services;
Support identification and prospecting of new clients, following the company's established strategy;
Act as the focal point with internal departments to ensure the best customer service while promoting Raízen's values internally across credit & collections, pricing, marketing, logistics, and engineering;
Work analytically to enable assessments of the portfolio's financial health and to manage territory KPIs;
Implement operational excellence and health & safety standards with customers, ensuring the delivery of appropriate trainings and execution standards on the forecourt.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed)
Must be willing to reside in Campo Grande, MS
Valid Category B driver's license (CNH B) and availability for travel within the region
Previous experience in negotiation and client relationship management
