Requirements
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in financial services.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Persistence and determination to engage brokers and drive activation.
A positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
Problem-solving and collaboration skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a high-performing team and deliver high-quality work.
