Senior Tax Accountant, State and Local Tax

Role Overview

• Preparation of state and local tax returns, including extensions and quarterly payments
• Direct assistance to state and local tax team in tax matters including audits, notices, planning
• Participation in preparation of Federal U.S. tax return, quarterly payments and extensions
• Assistance with preparation of annual and quarterly federal, state and local tax provisions
• Special projects, as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-4 years progressive experience in public accounting or U.S. based multinational corporation
• State and local return preparation experience
• Tax provision preparation experience a plus
• Solid experience managing multiple processes/multi-tasking
• Strong time management skills.
