Planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns
Data analysis and optimization of campaign performance
Monitoring and reporting of campaigns
Keyword research, competitive analysis and A/B testing to optimize campaigns and landing pages
Technical campaign setup including tracking and pixel integration
Support in developing strategies for cost-effective lead generation
Contributing to the transfer of successful campaign approaches to other group companies

Degree in Marketing, Business, Media or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of practical experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B (SaaS) environment
Solid knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and common analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
Affinity for AI and interest in new marketing technologies
Creative with design: you enjoy bringing your own ideas and have an eye for compelling ads and copy within existing design guidelines
Structured, data-driven and solution-oriented working style
Confident communication in German and good English skills
