Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance through analytics dashboards, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
A/B Testing & Creative Optimization: Conduct testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and performance efficiency.
Budget & Cross-functional Collaboration: Optimize ad spend, align with marketing, sales, and creative teams, and contribute to budget planning and campaign alignment with launches and promotions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition roles in FMCG, healthcare, or consumer brand
Proven experience in running successful ROI-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat (KSA focus is a plus).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Experience with pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion API integrations is a plus.
Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
