About this role

Provide customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat, and system).
Log, monitor, and handle incidents and special requests.
Verify and update registration data, coverages, and vehicle information.
Contact service providers (electronically and manually) and monitor service delivery.
Request and organize documentation (photos, checklists, toll receipts, among others).
Negotiate with providers according to established guidelines.
Maintain active communication with clients and insurers, ensuring updates on services.
Record complaints, disputes, and adjustments in accordance with protocols.
Work with a focus on customer satisfaction, prioritizing agility, empathy, and accuracy.
