Role Overview
- Work under the Head of Operations for Procurement and Inventory Management
- Ensure components are tracked from quote to COGS reconciliation
- Support the Director of Accounting with costing
- Own the end-to-end purchase order process
- Negotiate pricing and optimize cash flow
- Reconcile inventory each month
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting
- Strong understanding of foundational accounting concepts
- Excel skills
- Experience with procurement, purchasing, and supply chain operations
- Experience managing purchase orders, vendor relationships, and inventory management
