About this role
Role Overview
Own critical components of the provider lifecycle, driving readiness to see members on the platform, operational reliability, and scalable growth
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that accelerate time-to-platform and strengthen provider engagement
Leverage data to track lifecycle KPIs, surface trends, and inform decisions related to cost, availability, and retention
Improve systems and workflows through automation and process design, reducing manual work and operational risk
Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and uphold compliance, governance, and quality standards for Maven providers
Operate with a “no task too big or too small” mindset — owning work end-to-end, from hands-on execution (e.g., data entry, case resolution) to leading initiatives that improve processes, systems, and overall operational performance
Requirements
3+ years of experience in telehealth, provider network management, or a similarly complex operational environment
Demonstrated ownership of programs or work streams, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes
Highly detail-oriented with strong process discipline and a bias toward operational rigor
Comfortable working with data — able to analyze trends, build reporting, and translate insights into action
Confident operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
Comfortable in core operational systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, Looker, Zendesk, or similar platforms)
Continuously optimize systems you create, so they require less manual input over time while delivering greater results.
Nice to have: experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Scribe AI, GPT copilots) to streamline your own work and empower others.
