Develop and implement the regional field marketing strategy for Germany in close alignment with global and regional objectives
Plan, organize and execute field marketing activities such as events, webinars, paid media campaigns and partner activities
Work closely with local sales teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives
Collaborate with global product and content marketing teams to adapt and activate central campaigns for the German market
Responsible for lead generation and pipeline growth, including continuous monitoring of target achievement
Analyze and evaluate campaign performance and derive concrete optimization measures for channels, activities and budget allocation
Share best practices with field marketing colleagues in other regions and ensure a consistent market presence
Actively contribute customer and market insights as the voice of the German market to regional marketing planning
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Marketing, or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in (field) marketing, ideally in the B2B and SaaS environment
Excellent German skills (minimum C1) and good to very good English skills (minimum B2), both written and spoken
Proven success in demand generation activities and building sales pipelines, preferably in the German market
Strong affinity for events, including planning and executing in-person events, webinars and trade shows
Experience working with sales teams and partners on joint marketing and lead generation initiatives
Good understanding of the German market environment and, ideally, decision-making and purchasing processes in the software sector
Structured, strategic yet pragmatic working style with strong execution skills
Strong numerical and analytical affinity and the ability to translate data-driven insights into concrete actions
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Eloqua or comparable reporting and analytics tools
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Team-oriented, positive personality who enjoys working in an international and dynamic environment
