Receipt and processing of invoices using internal tools
Verification of essential information: amounts, VAT, contact details, and compliance with contracts
Monitoring of anomalies and communication with internal teams (Marketing, Purchasing, Operations...)
Payment monitoring
Preparation of payment cycles (twice monthly)
Verification of required information: bank details (RIB), payment terms, and any payment holds
Submission for approval and follow-up to ensure timely payment
Management of supplier and customer accounts
Monitoring balances and analysis of discrepancies
Reconciliation of invoices, payments, and receipts
Account matching and justification
Monitoring customer receipts
Verification of received payments
Analysis of discrepancies or potential disputes
Coordination with internal teams to resolve issues
Accounting and tax compliance
Correct application of withholding tax rules where applicable
Participation in annual tax obligations, notably the DAS2 declaration
Strict adherence to internal procedures and deadlines
Contribution to monthly financial closings
Review and reconciliation of third-party accounts
Analysis of identified anomalies
Preparation and updating of closing documentation
Internal relations and coordination
Daily collaboration with internal departments: Purchasing, Marketing, Treasury, Management Control, and Operations
Handling ad hoc requests and supporting department operations
Requirements
Minimum Bac+2/3 (equivalent to 2–3 years post-secondary education) in accounting, management, or finance
2 to 5 years of experience in supplier and/or customer accounting
Experience in a multi-entity or group environment is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to manage a high volume of transactions
Autonomy, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset
Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies or anomalies
