Role Overview
- Provide end-to-end support for SAP PP and QM modules
- Analyze business requirements and configure SAP PP‑QM accordingly
- Handle incident resolution, change requests, and minor enhancements
- Support production planning processes including: MRP Production Orders Capacity Planning
- Configure and support QM processes such as: Inspection Types Quality Notifications Usage Decisions
- Collaborate with business users and provide functional guidance
- Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities (unit/UAT)
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer as required
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM
- Strong knowledge of: Make-to-Order (MTO) / Make-to-Stock (MTS) Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers) Inspection Planning & Results Recording
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Nice to Have Integration knowledge with MM, SD
- Exposure to S/4HANA PP‑QM simplifications
- Experience in support or rollout projects
