Role Overview
- Develop and lead the event strategy for conferences and client summits
- Oversee event logistics including budgets and timelines
- Ensure event strategies align with pipeline goals
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Marketing, and Brand teams
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic sponsorships
- Serve as the primary liaison with sponsorship partners and vendors
- Guide the team in activating sponsorship assets
- Oversee tracking of sponsorship deliverables and performance metrics
- Lead and develop a team of event and sponsorship professionals
- Work closely with various teams to align event strategies
- Measure event performance and deliver optimization recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or sponsorship activation
- Experience leading and managing a team required
- Proven experience managing large-scale sponsorships and branded events preferred
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with event platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools
- A collaborative mindset and passion for creating high-impact experiences
