Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems or Business Administration
- Experience with logistics-related routines
- Desirable knowledge in system implementation/configuration and SQL

- Scrum / Kanban / Lean / Design Thinking — practical mastery of the main agile methodologies.
- Product Backlog Management — prioritization of stories, refinement of epics and features.
- Roadmap Creation — short-, medium
- and long-term vision aligned with company strategy.
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria — clarity and objectivity in requirement descriptions.
- MVP, MMP, MLP — definition of minimum viable and validated releases.
- Agile Metrics (Lead Time, Flow Efficiency, Burn Up, CFD, DORA).
- Product Vision (Product Vision Canvas, Lean Canvas, Business Model Canvas).
- Value-based Prioritization (WSJF, RICE, MoSCoW, Value vs Effort).
- Data analysis and business indicators — reading and interpreting dashboards.
- Customer Journey and Process Mapping — end-to-end experience understanding.
- Azure Boards / Jira — backlog, releases and metrics management.
- Power BI / Advanced Excel — reading metrics, extracting and analyzing results.
- Figma / Miro / Lucidchart — support for prototyping and flow design.
- Documentation tools — Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, etc.
- APIs and integrations — conceptual understanding of REST, JSON, endpoints, Swagger.
- Automation and innovation — familiarity with AI (Copilot, OpenAI, ChatGPT), process automation and low-code.
