Supervisor, Assistant Producer, Anime Production

Role Overview

• Assist the Animation Manager/Chief Producer with production issues
• Liaise with business units for business operations
• Sourcing materials of original works for anime adaptation
• Determine which original works will be a hit
• Request and negotiate with publishers for permission to animate
• Approval coordination of animation for publishers, animation studios and related parties
• Staffing of main staff such as directors, character designers, etc.
• Supervision of scripts and storyboards
• Attendance of master material production
• Support the Manager/Chief Producer to assist all animation production
• Execution of marketing activities including PR
• Manage the production schedule of animation studio
• Manage budget for animation production

Requirements

• Good understanding of marketing plans
• Potential to understand the production process in an animation studio
• Good knowledge of animation productions
• Understanding of market user needs
• Ability to take responsible for each duty
