Role Overview
- Participate in performance review/management meetings
- Assist with the implementation of the Centerline tool
- Assist in collecting and analyzing monitoring results
- Identify sources of losses
- Implement appropriate actions to reduce losses
- Facilitate problem-solving groups
- Update and/or create standards
- Assist in implementing Lean tools (CIL, Changeover, …)
- Provide technical support
Requirements
- Engineering student entering the 4th or 5th year of post-secondary studies, pursuing a degree related to industrial production, continuous improvement, or mechanical engineering
- Proficiency with continuous improvement tools
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies
- Project management
- General technical skills related to production equipment
- English (B2 level)
