Processes and Procedures – Ensure the entire team performs configurations and maintenance according to established procedures.
Support – Propose improvements and standardizations for incident handling to enable rapid problem resolution.
Knowledge – Share knowledge with mid-level and junior analysts to ensure processes and technologies are accessible to everyone.
Access – Ensure your access (physical and logical) is functional.
Implement solutions for routing, switching, load balancers, firewalls and IPsec VPNs.
Investigate, analyze and produce root-cause reports for incidents and problems;
Develop and improve network processes, procedures and documentation;
Recommend and prepare action plans, technology replacements and configuration changes for network environments;
Work on medium
and large-complexity projects, managing technical activities with vendors and overseeing project scope, schedule and cost;
Lead network architecture improvement initiatives, proposing and executing changes aligned with the company strategy.

Preferred: University degree completed (degree certificate).
Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, related applications and protocols.
Solid experience in IP routing – OSPF, BGP;
Experience with firewalls, IPS, switches, routers, proxy, IPsec, SSL, load balancers;
Experience with Cisco (IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS and ACI), F5 (LTM, GTM, WAF), Juniper firewalls;
Knowledge of monitoring tools and protocols – SNMP, ICMP, IP SLA;
Ability to analyze traffic captures using tools such as Wireshark;
Cisco CCNP or other network-related certifications will be a plus;
Advanced English will be a plus.
