Apply IaC to deploy and manage cloud infrastructure
Define migration path for legacy software applications to become cloud-native
Guide migration and implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives
Ensure performance capabilities and security of new software systems and architectures are consistent with mission requirements
Support trade studies, CONOPs development, whitepapers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an ABET-accredited university and 8 years of experience in software engineering in a cloud environment OR Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and 8 years of experience in software engineering in a cloud environment
Current DoD Secret clearance, adjudicated in the last 5 years
Ability to attain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP)
Experience architecting, designing, and deploying cloud-native software solutions
Experience performing migration of legacy software systems to a cloud environment, including transformation to cloud-native
Experience with one of the following Cloud infrastructure technologies: Azure, AWS, Google, ESXI
Experience with one of the following continuous integration/deployment tools: Bamboo, Jenkins, Gitlab-CI
Experience with one of the following infrastructure automation tools/APIs: Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD, aws-cli, azure-cli, gcloud, PowerCLI
Experience with one of the following configuration management systems: GIT, GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Subversion
Experience in defining and implementing DevSecOps lifecycle
