New customer acquisition: Independently identify, approach and acquire new customers in the DACH region.
Lead management: Qualify leads generated by marketing and partner activities and proactively develop the market.
Consulting & presentations: Analyze customer requirements, develop appropriate solution concepts and conduct product presentations (remote and on-site) together with our PreSales team.
Negotiation: Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact and proposal preparation to successful contract closing.
Team collaboration: Work closely with PreSales, Marketing and Partner Management to ensure efficient market coverage.
Market monitoring: Actively observe market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales of software solutions, ideally in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM) or IT security
Proven track record in new customer acquisition — hunter mentality with a strong sense for customer needs
Ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and accessible way
Business-fluent German and English with strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent, structured working style with high self-motivation
Willingness to travel for customer appointments and events
