Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions including Engineering, Data, Pharmacy, Marketing, and Finance.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and coordinate structured interview processes.
Review inbound applications and proactively source candidates for harder-to-fill roles.
Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through to the offer stage.
Prepare and issue employment agreements ensuring a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
Administer our ATS (Ashby), including job postings, workflows, candidate tracking and reporting.
Coordinate interviews and scheduling across all interview stages.
Support ongoing improvements to recruitment processes and tools.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end.
Act as a key point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth experience from offer through onboarding.
Manage employee data within our HRIS, ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance across Canadian provinces.
Partner with Finance and Payroll to communicate employee updates.
Manage benefits administration for our employees, including enrolment of new employees and termination of coverage for departures, and making coverage updates.
Additional responsibilities assigned as needed.
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in Recruitment and, specifically, within a fast-paced Canadian tech scale-up.
Dedicated experience recruiting for roles in Engineering, Data, IT, Pharmacy, Marketing, and Finance REQUIRED.
Proven ability to build outbound talent pipelines and effectively communicate the Felix value proposition to passive candidates.
Advanced hands-on experience with Ashby (ATS) and modern HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR).
A "zero-error" mindset regarding employment contracts and employee data management.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
HR Administration experience is an asset.
