Conduct in-person and/or remote visits to medical clinics and private practices to present our specialized accounting solutions;
Prospect new business opportunities with a focus on healthcare professionals;
Manage an active client portfolio, strengthening relationships and promoting customer loyalty;
Identify opportunities to sell new products and services within the existing client base;
Understand the client’s timing and needs to offer aligned solutions in a consultative and transparent manner;
Drive strategic negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with company objectives;
Keep the CRM updated with relevant information about the sales funnel and client relationship.
Availability for frequent travel to the North and Northeast regions (NO/NE).
Requirements
Previous experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role, with a focus on services for the healthcare sector (clinics, private practices, independent professionals);
Experience selling accounting services will be considered a strong differentiator;
Preferred higher education in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
Excellent verbal and written communication, with a highly relational and consultative profile;
Strong strategic analysis, negotiation skills, and long-term vision for developing key accounts;
Ownership mindset, high energy, and proactivity;
Availability for external visits and frequent travel.
