Assist controllers in monitoring remediation and action plans (follow-up, documentation, and escalation)
Support the tracking and management of requests and issues
Update and maintain regulatory documentation related to control logs
Formalize and improve internal procedures
Develop and manage the team’s Confluence space
Conduct regular monitoring and research on Confluence-related topics
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support activity tracking
Contribute to the preparation of reports for senior management
Support the Team Lead in managing team activities (planning, coordination, and follow-up)
Requirements
Master’s degree student (or equivalent) in internal control, audit, risk management, compliance, finance, or a related field (other backgrounds considered if you have strong analytical skills and an interest in regulatory topics)
Previous internship or apprenticeship experience
Strong interest in internal control, compliance, and regulatory environments
Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, dashboards, data structuring)
Fluent in English and French
Comfortable with digital tools (Confluence experience is a plus)
Strong analytical mindset and structured thinking
Ability to challenge existing processes and propose improvements
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive and able to take initiative in a growing/structuring team
Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail
Good communication and writing skills
Team player with adaptability to a changing environment
