Lead brand strategy and execution across the Asia-Pacific Cluster, driving marketing excellence
Develop and implement a brand plan aligned with global strategies, integrating market insights, competitive intelligence, and HCP/patient engagement pathways
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Sales, Training, Commercial Operations, and Digital) to deliver a unified, customer-centric go-to-market approach
Support cluster-level financial planning and marketing mix optimization, ensuring resource allocation and forecasting accuracy to achieve commercial goals
Act as regional liaison with relevant global marketing teams, ensuring Asia-Pacific perspectives are represented in global franchise strategies
Foster a culture of agility, curiosity, and collaboration, ensuring the Dermatology portfolio achieves sustainable growth and impact across the region
Requirements
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree is required
5–7 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with Women's Health and Contraception market dynamics is an advantage
Regional marketing experience preferred, with proven success in brand strategy and execution
Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken English; ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments
