Lead the development and management of large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs
Define program objectives, deliverables, risks, and success metrics to ensure alignment with operations strategy and company goals
Identify potential risks to program success, including resource gaps, timeline delays, or budgetary constraints
Identify and manage complex dependencies within the program as well as across other projects in the organization
Manage the program execution, risks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in current processes and implementing innovative solutions
Act as key liaison between operational teams and Operations leadership to ensure operations objectives are met
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program objectives and priorities
Facilitate regular updates, and reviews to communicate progress
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, Operations management, or related field
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or PMP Certification
4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, business operations
Proven experience leading and managing small teams
Proven success managing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs with measurable impact on operational efficiency and strategic goals
Proficiency in project and program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira Confluence)
Advanced skills in presentation and visualization tools
Ability to understand and navigate complex business processes
Skilled at gathering information, managing resources, and driving results
Ability to connect operational details to broader business goals
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of program and project management
Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of conveying complex risks, issues, or challenges of programs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solution
