Lead marketing strategy for owned department(s), primarily across paid social channels but also inclusive of activations across affiliate, PR, CRM, and emerging channels
Develop performance-driven creative strategy for Paid Social campaigns with oversight from the Director of Creative Strategy
Create high-converting ad briefs that drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition
Analyze & present performance data in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker
Conduct consumer, product, and competitor research to inform strategic direction
Identify trends and winning concepts within the social media ecosystem
Lead and participate in brainstorm sessions to generate scalable ad concepts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Graphic Design, Brand, and Strategy teams to produce performance-driven assets
Write creative briefs and copy for video, static ads, banner ads, direct mail, press, and other marketing materials
Ensure all creative work aligns with brand identity, tone, and style
Provide strategic feedback to designers and execute on feedback from leadership
Contribute to shoot briefs to ensure successful capture of branded visual assets
Conduct A/B testing and analyze creative test results to iterate and optimize performance
Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine creative direction
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of relevant creative and marketing experience
Paid Social and/or Direct Response experience required
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
Experience with Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, or other paid platforms preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Comfortable working across Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong collaboration skills across creative and marketing teams.
