The Senior Talent Business Partner serves as a strategic connector between Talent Management and the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team.
This role strengthens alignment between strategic priorities and field execution.
Equipping HRBPs to drive leadership development, succession planning, engagement action planning, and culture initiatives with greater focus and consistency.
Collaborate with business and clinical leadership to understand current and emerging leadership needs across the organization.
Provide consultation on selection, assessment, and interview processes to ensure alignment with NorthStar’s leadership profile and culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Recruiting, with strong exposure to leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
Proven ability to build credibility and influence across senior leadership levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret talent data and translate insights into action.
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives and driving follow-through across teams.
Healthcare or professional services experience strongly preferred.
