Role Overview
- Own the technical administration and engineering of the ServiceNow platform
- Lead initial builds and major enhancements
- Design and enforce platform standards
- Guide platform upgrades, patching, testing, and release planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and engineering ServiceNow
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and data model
- Experience with Jira or Jira Service Management
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA required; CIS or higher preferred)
