Determine customer needs, developing and estimating project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, & Electrical including service agreements for commercial and industrial clients.
Meet or exceed sales objectives, developing multi-layer customer relationships.
Create a backlog of work to support short and long-term goals.
Be a trusted advisor to C-Suites of largest customers.
Effectively manage 5-7 key accounts.
Source and contact potential clients weekly, document and report on findings accurately.
Maintain and update CRM software regularly.
Work with team to generate additional work for Services, maintain higher profit margins for maintenance and project work.
Educate clients and persuade sales based on company's service offerings.
Requirements
Must have ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales, selling owner-direct projects and maintenance agreements.
Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding established sales goals of over $5MM annually.
Proven track record of account management and retention.
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to provide innovative ideas for excellent customer care.
Must be organized and self-motivated with the ability to source leads, make cold calls, follow up calls and visit potential clients.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
