About this role
Role Overview
Research and identify potential customers using various lead-generation techniques to build a strong pipeline.
Qualify inbound leads by assessing potential customer fit based on company criteria.
Schedule meetings and product demos for Regional Sales Directors to drive the sales process forward.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Maintain accurate CRM records by updating customer data and tracking all interactions.
Stay informed on industry trends, company offerings, and competitors to position Heggerty’s solutions effectively.
Close small-business deals and contribute to revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets.
Requirements
Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for our mission and values
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred, but open to motivated entry-level candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
