Role Overview
- Lead the end-to-end migration of legacy reporting into dynamic, high-impact Tableau dashboards.
- Shift the team’s output from "what happened" to "why it happened."
- Transition the existing analyst team to becoming Data Storytellers.
- Act as the primary "translator" between the business and our Data Management and Data Product teams.
- Drive the "last mile" of analytics ensuring the business changes its behavior.
Requirements
- Expert-level mastery of the Tableau ecosystem.
- 8–10+ years of experience in leading organizations through Manual-to-Automated reporting migration.
- 5+ years of experience leading Managers and Senior Managers.
- Deep experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Healthcare Finance.
- Proficiency in SQL and a strong conceptual understanding of cloud data environments (e.g., BigQuery).
