Senior Resource Planning Representative – Client Implementation

Role Overview

• Overseeing administrative inventory management and workflow distribution
• Monitoring Global Service Partner (GSP) inventory status
• Following up on aged and pended inventory
• Serving as point of contact for inventory-related escalations
• Compiling, analyzing, and distributing inventory reporting
• Supporting inventory reduction plans and initiatives
• Facilitating daily inventory calls with Global Service Partners
• Identifying process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of minimum experience supporting customer service operations
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to find issues and drive them to resolution
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Minimum two years’ experience with software and system-based applications, including databases and spreadsheets (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and work independently
• Willingness and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Vista and Facets and/or Non Facets Implementation processes strongly preferred
