Define and maintain the overall product vision and roadmap across our five-agent architecture and all of the features that make Emberos unique such as proprietary metrics and graph based technology
Set the strategic sequencing: what we build now, what we defer, and why: balancing customer commitments, engineering capacity, and category positioning
Be the internal voice of the customer, synthesizing signal from design partners, active clients, and the market into clear product direction
Partner with executive leadership on positioning, packaging, and how the product evolves as the business scales
Build the Product Function
Establish the processes, documentation, and rhythms that let a small team move fast without losing coherence, including specs, prioritization frameworks, release communication, feedback loops
As the team grows, help define what a PM function looks like at Emberos and what kind of people should join it
Go-to-Market & Launch
Own product launch sequencing and coordinate release communication across Growth, Customer Success, and Marketing
Define packaging and tiering strategy (what's core vs. add-on, how features are bundled for different client segments)
Partner with GTM on positioning new features for prospects and existing clients
Client & Design Partner Engagement
Run structured feedback loops with design partners and early adopters to validate roadmap bets before full builds
Sit in on key client calls to pressure-test product assumptions directly
Consistently track the AEO/AI visibility landscape
Help define what "AI OS for brands" means in the market and ensure the product tells that story coherently
Metrics & Outcomes
Define what product success looks like (i.e., adoption rates, feature engagement, time-to-value for new clients)
Own the product health dashboard and bring that signal to leadership regularly
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time as a product lead or head of product at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
Proven ability to own a product function independently: setting direction, building process, and shipping across multiple tracks simultaneously
Hands-on experience working on data or platform products: have owned API design, defined data contracts, strong pov on what good instrumentation and observability looks like; can write a system spec an engineer can act on
Deep experience with data-intensive or intelligence products: scoring systems, measurement frameworks, structured workflows, or data pipelines
Strong analytical instincts: you understand data models, can construct and critique a KPI framework, and know the difference between a metric that proves something and one that just looks good
Experience working directly with design partners or early enterprise customers: translating ambiguous needs into clear product requirements under time pressure
Track record of influencing without authority across engineering, GTM, and executive leadership
Excellent written communication: you write strategies that executives trust, specs that engineers can act on, and narratives that customers understand.
