Role Overview
Part of one of the largest client teams and the subject-matter contact for stakeholders on the client side.
Managing and maintaining website content.
Advising the client on digital marketing, user experience, and content.
Accountable for ensuring content maintenance is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Direct point of contact for the client and responsible for managing website content both externally and internally.
Close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and coordination with colleagues.
Requirements
2–3 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or project management.
University degree or comparable vocational training with a focus on communications, marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills and confident in client-facing interactions — in German and English.
Enjoys organizing and maintains a clear overview of tasks and priorities.
Ideally experience with tools such as JIRA or Confluence and familiarity with agile methodologies like SCRUM.
Structured, meticulous, independent, and solution-oriented.
Experience implementing web and online applications using WordPress, Pimcore, TYPO3, Bloomreach, HubSpot, or similar.
