Lead the execution of commercialization plans for new product launches and strategic initiatives in North America
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful market introductions
Partner with Sales Operations, Channel, and Sales teams to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges
Support the development and implementation of operating rhythms and best practices within the Commercialization team
Build understanding of the new product development (NPD) process and communicate product value propositions to internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product, Brand, and Category teams to activate go-to-market strategies and support customer-facing initiatives
Facilitate alignment and information flow across teams to ensure consistent execution and achievement of business objectives
Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering growth in business, functional, and leadership capabilities
Support the Sr. Director in building a high-performing, collaborative team culture
Track and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to the Sr. Director and other stakeholders
Flex across strategic projects as assigned, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, communications, or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in commercialization, brand strategy, or related fields, with demonstrated project management expertise
Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience leading or mentoring teams in a cross-functional environment
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
