Defines and executes customer specific product penetration, positioning, and market share strategies.
Develops relationships with key customer technical buying influences and has a deep understanding of leading edge process and process control technology.
Collaborates with the Marketing and Engineering teams and Home team to position and deliver differentiated product value and resolve customer issues.
Works jointly with the BU and Service teams to execute PSA objectives.
Has a strong understanding of the customer sales cycle and process.
Jointly develops sales strategies in collaboration with account managers.
Requirements
Strong background in PCB, Panel process flow.
5 years PCB, panel related IC experience with KLA tool knowledge.
Good Mandarin/English interpersonal skills.
B.A./M.S. in Engineering/Science background.
Good presentation and proficient in project management skill.
Good business acumen with understanding of customer technical issue with customer-focus.
Able to work under stress, full of energy to lead the team and able to confront multi-level challenges.
Excellence in leadership and execution.
Deal with things proactively with accountability and insightfulness.
