Build and sustain the construction data pipeline, targeting same-day delivery of quality construction analytics
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements
Develop and maintain deep understanding of data collection technologies (both capabilities and limitations) and collaborate within Operations to tailor data collection to analytic output targets
Continuously improve the speed and quality of deliverables by identifying data analysis pipeline bottlenecks and opportunities

3+ years of experience in solar, preferably with a focus on the construction and commissioning space
Advanced skills in data visualization and geospatial analysis tools
Familiar with data collection technology, including drone-in-a-box, lidar, and ground robots
Proven ability to present complex data insights to external stakeholders
Experience managing multiple high-priority deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
