About this role
EXL is seeking a Project Manager in Analytics & Engineering to develop and validate data hypotheses across various domains. The role involves overseeing project task management, ensuring timely delivery of outputs, and managing large-scale enterprise data migration projects while collaborating with both offshore and onshore teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, or a directly related field
- Five (5) years of experience in Data engineering and analytics
- Five (5) years of experience utilizing tools such as SQL and Python for data analysis
- Experience with programming languages; SQL for data retrieval; manipulation and developing and validating data hypotheses across domains such as marketing, investment, accounting, risk management; and data product analytics
- Experience with software development life cycle methodologies; including Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe
- Three (3) years of experience utilizing tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Power Point for project management
- Experience utilizing Azure Data Factory for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure
- One (1) year of experience utilizing tools such as Azure Data Bricks and Salesforce Mulesoft for data engineering and integration
