Develop a deep understanding of the buyer persona and pain points
Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to develop engaging campaign messaging across all global orchestrated campaigns, identify content gaps and develop the content roadmap
Develop and lead an Editorial Board and Marketing team-wide editorial strategy
Own the content planning and execution that maps to the buyer journey
Support thought leadership development with subject matter experts and executive leadership team
Be a player/coach to our team of writers and content producers to develop high-impact and compelling content assets
Heavily contribute to quarterly campaign planning and reporting
Heavily contribute to annual marketing strategy with an eye on the vision and MBOs
Execute on established KPIs to measure content program impact and utilize data to inform quarterly content plans.
Utilize strong analytical skills to test, track, and report out content performance results.
Propose innovative approaches to inspect content results and optimize campaign performance.
Synthesize and contribute content performance insights and suggestions for improvement to management.
Lead, mentor and grow a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements
8+ years of content management and strategy experience, including SaaS B2B Marketing experience
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with demonstrated success creating compelling content that is tailored to goals and audiences
Excellent communications and organizational skills
Ability to lead and scale teams and processes within a dynamic growth environment
Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable managing multiple demands and meeting tight deadlines
Experience working at a fast growing company.
