- Lead a portfolio of stores and coach a team of General Managers
- Attract, hire, develop and retain the best team
- Monitor performance and consistently follow up to ensure results
- Foster and maintain an inclusive and collaborative work environment
- Identify themes in product performance and create a district merchandising plan
- Lead effective store visits focused on driving behaviors
- Identify and solve problems
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- 3+ year’s multi-unit, high volume, complex business leadership preferred
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel overnight and/or between stores
- Ability to lift and carry 30lbs
